1) Shashankasan

  • First of all, sit by laying mat on the ground.
  • Fold the right leg backward, i.e. under the hips.
  • Similarly, bend the left leg backward, that is, under the left hips and sit down.
  • Now take both hands upward while breathing.
  • After this, slowly lean forward, exhaling the breath.
  • Now while breathing, first of all, lift the stomach and chest and go to the first position with hands raised.
  • Similarly, do this action 4 to 5 times.

2) Chinmaya Mudra

  • Close your eyes and sit comfortably in Sukhasana

3) Pawanmuktasana

4) Paschimottanasana
