1) Shashankasan

- First of all, sit by laying mat on the ground.
- Fold the right leg backward, i.e. under the hips.
- Similarly, bend the left leg backward, that is, under the left hips and sit down.
- Now take both hands upward while breathing.
- After this, slowly lean forward, exhaling the breath.
- Now while breathing, first of all, lift the stomach and chest and go to the first position with hands raised.
- Similarly, do this action 4 to 5 times.
- Close your eyes and sit comfortably in Sukhasana
- In this mudra, the thumb and index finger touch each other like a chin mudra, the remaining fingers turn and touch the palm.
- Place the palms on the thighs towards the sky and take long deep breaths.
- Once again feel the flow of breath and its effect on the body.
- First you lie down on your back. Extend both legs and reduce the distance between them.
- Now raise both legs and bend the knees. Surround your knees with your arms.
- Exhale, press the knees and bring them to the chest. Raise the head and bring the knees close to the chest, so that the chin will touch the knees.
- Maintain this currency as far as possible.
