Tired and aching eyes are common these days. This often happens when working on the computer for long hours, doing more schoolwork and looking at mobile and TV screens. It does not affect your eye health, so it is important that you do some eye exercises daily.
Exercise Method -
- Sit on the ground.
- Without moving the head and neck, look up and down.
- Keep the back and neck straight.
- Look in right and left in alternate order.
- Look to the left, and rotate the eyes to the right, looking from left to up.
- Now, rotate the eyes from left to right while looking down. In this way, keep rolling the eyes in the circle.
- Close your eyes and take some rest.
- Now raise your hands in front of shoulders in the air and watch them with both thumbs upwards.
- Move the hands slowly away from each other and observe the rings in alternating order. Do this again and again.
- Now close the eyes and give them some rest.
