Eat these 6 types of salad for weight loss

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Half a teaspoon Jaggery
Method:
  • Put all these seeds in a jar. Shake well and keep it closed in the refrigerator.
  • It lasts for 2-3 days.
5) Salsa Bright red salsa can be toasted in any vegetable. Contents:
  • 200-gram tomatoes
  • 100g Green Capsicum
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
