Side Planks With Twist

Lie on the right side of the bed. Place your right hand under your forehead. Keep your hips, shoulders and legs straight, your core inward. Slowly raise the hips upward. Now pull out your left hand. Then, slowly bring the hips down. But, do not touch the bed. Keep your core tight, then rotate your waist and bring your left hand under your body. Then, come to the starting currency. Dolphin Plank:

Scissors Leg Exercise:

This is a good exercise to reduce belly fat. To practice it lie back on the bed. Now, slowly raise both your legs up. Keep feet straight. Now, slowly bring one leg down. But, keep it up in the air just above the bed. Then, move that leg up. Repeat this as per your convenience.
