Get rid of waist and knee pain, do these 3 exercises only 5 minutes daily
Exercise for Knee and Back Pain: The problem of waist and knee pain is being seen today not only in the elderly, but also in the young people. Exercise is essential for everyone to maintain activity, mobility and flexibility in the body. To relieve such pain, home remedies and yoga are considered more effective than medicine. There are some exercises, whose regular exercise can relieve the pain of waist and knees. Recently, Rujuta Diwekar Exercise Video shared a video in which he has mentioned these exercises.

Exercise 1-

  • To start the exercise, first, lie down on the mat.
  • After this keep your elbow down.
  • After keeping the elbow down, bend your legs.
  • Bend your leg towards the chest while bending your knee, then move your foot back.
  • When you extend your legs backward, it will feel a stretch in your hips and hamstrings. Repeat this process at least 20 times.

Exercise 2-

  • For the second exercise, first lie down on the stomach.
  • After this raise your feet together.
  • Then try to lift your hips slowly.
  • This exercise can relieve back pain and knee pain.
  • Be sure to include this exercise in your daily life.

Exercise 3-

  • Now lie down on your stomach for the third exercise.
  • Then bend your left knee.
  • Then with your left hand, try to hold the left ankle.
  • When you hold your ankle, then try to lift your thigh from the floor in this pose.
  • Then raise your shoulders upwards.
  • If you cannot lift the ankle by hand, you can do so with a scarf or belt.
  • Then try to lift your hips up.
All these exercises can be done easily in just 5 minutes in the morning and evening. If you include these exercises in your regular exercise, then you can get rid of back and knee pain.
