What is Sheetali Pranayama?
Sheetali Pranayama is related to coldness, which helps us to cool our body as well as the mind. By doing this Pranayama regularly, both our mind and mind remain calm. How to do Sheetali Pranayama:
- To do this pranayama, first of all, spread the mat and sit on the floor.
- You can also do Sheetali Pranayama by sitting in a Padmasana, Sukhasana or any other posture.
- Now take out your tongue and make it like a tube.
- Try to breathe through the tube made by the tongue.
- Fill the stomach with air.
- Now close the mouth with the tongue inside.
- After this, by bending your neck forward, attach the front part of your jaw to the chest and hold your breath for a while.
- Then straighten the neck from the back.
- After this, let the air out of the nose.
- Try that the time of exhaling is more than the time of exhaling.
- You can do this process 30 to 40 times daily.
