Always use thick barbel

Mostly thick rods are used to increase and strengthen the size of the muscles.  This causes biceps growth and the upper part of the body becomes stronger. This works more than those who work out with less thick rods.



Train forearms

Creating biceps is not enough to impress people, you should also strengthen your forearms. If your forearms are thin, there is no use of your biceps and triceps being big because this way your biceps will remain thin.

Take care of elbows

Two things are very important.  First, your biceps should always look big and nice. Keep in mind that your arms will look bigger only if you are thin. Second, always take care of your elbow so that it does not get hurt, because if there is an injury to the elbow, the growth of biceps stops and becomes weak.

Do different exercises

If someone tells you about a particular exercise or routine to make a body part good, then suppose there is something wrong. Muscles are different in all individuals. The length of the muscles of the stomach and the process of producing muscle fibers also vary. That is why every person’s body reacts differently, so this is the suggestion that I do the right exercise for myself by doing different exercises.

Barbell Curl

Perform an exercise with a weight in the EZ bar.  Raise the weight upwards with your hands and slowly bring it up to the chest. Then hold it down for 1-2 seconds and bring it down slowly, but remember to keep the elbows and back straight during the exercise. Then slowly lift the weight according to the capacity.
