Do These Exercises to Keep your Family Healthy in Lockdown

Family Fitness: There is a complete lockdown for the last 57 days across the country. The lockdown will end soon, given the growing outbreak of the Coronavirus, making it difficult to say. Due to being locked in the house for several consecutive days and working at the same place (Work from Home) people have started getting many kinds of problems. Exercise for Children: People are also gradually coming under the grip of many problems due to less physical activity. In such a situation, we should adopt some methods for fitness in our homes, so that we can get rid of these problems.


If you too have been locked in your home for several days due to lockdown, encourage your children and parents to exercise with you. Also, take care of their correct diet. Exercise regularly keeps the body healthy. With this, we can get rid of many problems. Today we are going to tell you about some such family exercises so that you can keep yourself fit as well as your family and your children. You do not need to go out to do these exercises.

Let’s know some special exercises for family fitness –

The Mountain Climber

This exercise also affects your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and arm curves or deltoids. Sit in a Planck position and raise your right leg above the ground and bring your knees to the chest. Now come to the starting position and repeat this exercise with the left leg.

Push-ups

To do this exercise, first you get into the position of doing push-ups. While touching the chest towards the floor, raise your left leg upwards, that is, towards the ceiling. When moving the legs, keep the elbows folded to the side. Do the same procedure with the other leg. You can repeat this 8 to 10 times at a time. You can also increase the duration gradually.

Planck

To do this, first, come to the pushup position. Now in this position, keep the weight of the body on your arms instead of the palms. In this position, your body should be in a straight line from head to toe. By doing this exercise, the body’s strength and ability to focus increases. You can also make some changes to Planck. Like you can do this exercise by lifting the hips or in the Bhujangasana position. Initially, do this exercise under the supervision of a fitness trainer.
