Do not make allegations:
To cure the pain of the heart, to accept how these things happened, it has to be understood that it is of no use to accuse oneself or another person. You can neither say or do anything to change what has happened, so stop accusing.
- Have compassion for them. Whatever they did or not, understand their problems, which they are going through. This does not mean that you forgive them, but it means that you do not always keep your anger towards them tied to you.
- Do not accuse yourself like this. You can accept those things and you can share with them what happened to you in that relationship, because of which they do not freeze but take a pledge not to repeat it the next time. But do not waste much time thinking about what happened.
Identify when you are ready to move forward:
Everyone is fine in different parts. There is no specific period of treatment for heart pain, but there are some signs that you are recovering.
- Do not think that they are calling whenever any number appears on your phone that you do not recognize.
- You have stopped thinking that they are forgetting their mistakes and apologizing to you.
- You don’t have much heartache from victory or cinema. You may feel that you are happy with things that are not related to any relationship.
