Talk about it:
Make sure you have a support system to deal with this pain. A powerful support system of friends and relatives, or even a doctor, can put you on your feet very quickly. They are not the hollowness your lover gave you, but they can definitely help you fill that void.
- Take a trusted friend or relative with whom you can talk, mostly at night. Bring one or more people who can understand your feelings as the next person did. Ask your friend if he can reach it when you want to talk to him, from which you are trying to stay away.
