3. You do not eat fruit: maybe you will stop drinking fruit and fruit juice after thinking about sugar. But fruits reduce inflammation and it cleans your liver which also causes your weight loss. Eating fruits can improve your digestion and relieve bloating and gas problems. Just keep in mind that you should never drink canned juice in the market, always drink fresh fruit juice.
